Secret tech I settled on voidtech unless I hear a better idea the phase shift is great for melee which a lot of oathbound vehicles are (true, with empire mode you have access to every vehicle under the sun but I don't want to necessarily rely on renown if it's too hard to get sometimes), and the reflect damage skill is just generically good on tough units that expect to take damage, which the oathbound vehicles are.Īt some point I would like a xenoplague team to really capitalize on the pustule evolving mechanic as early and reliably as possible, and also I want a team that's focused on NPC farming and diplomacy.īeyond that though it beats me, there a lot of selling points to each race and most techs (in terms of hero skills). Obviously field repair drone is very helpful in keeping expensive vehicles from disappearing, as well.
The selling point for me is the Trailblazer skill that gives the hero fast movement in a vehicle a stack of 5 heroes can now zip around like supermen.
